In
the event an item needs to be moved to another kit, written off, or returned,
you can use the form below to make an adjustment. Please note each choice will immediately adjust the entered quantity from the chosen kit.
Make a Correction: This option allows you to correct an employee balance for a specific product.
Request a Return: This option allows you to request a return. You will be emailed further instructions once the request is submitted. Please note that this immediately adjusts the employee balance - should the return request be denied you may need to correct the employees balance using the “Make a Correction” function.

Move / Reassign Assigned
Stock: This option allows you to reassign
stock from an employee. This will reduce the balance of the employee the
purchase was made against, and increase the balance of the receiving employee. If the receiving
employee kit does not contain the same product, another item may be selected to
allocate the balance to.
