Being able to support and encourage this increase means big players in the heath and safety industry such as
workwear and PPE providers (us), need to step up their game and do better!
The safety, comfort, and inclusivity of women in the industry has been top of our minds for some time, and now we
are proud to announce that we have officially released our very own range of Women specific workwear.
The process
The process for our R&D team to develop such garments has been huge, and in no way simple or straight- forward.
We wanted to get it right from the get go, so we identified a few key steps that would mean our garments were
right for women!
The first step for our team was to gather feedback. We reached out to our entire client base in 2022 and asked for

feedback from women on their current workwear, wants, needs, dislikes, and everything in between.
This meant we were able to hear from the women in the industry, who have to work day in and day out in workwear
that simply is not designed for them. After receiving the insightful feedback from the right people, our R&D team
were able to begin the design process.
The second step for us was to get samples of these garments and have women try them on and give feedback.

Our garments were tested by women of all shapes and sizes, from a size 6 to 24 and we were able to gather more
valuable feedback on the fit and comfort of our garments.

Once our R&D team had all the relevant feedback, they were then able to formulate the best-fitting and most

comfortable workwear for women. After many months of new samples, new tests, a number of trials, and design
changes- we were able to finally bring out our first Women specific garments.
Showing women that they are valued in the workplace in a typically male-dominated industry encourages productivity,
pushes women to excel in their roles, and helps them contribute more to these industries. Our new range will
